4 ea Plantains, peeled & sliced
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Curry powder
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/8 ts Cloves
1 1/2 c Coconut milk
Combine all ingredients except coconut milk in a heavy pot. Pour in 1 c coconut milk & simmer over a low heat until the plantain is
tender & milk is absorbed. Add more mil if necessary. Serve hot.
