———————————–CRUST———————————– 2 c All-purpose flour

2/3 c Powdered sugar

1 c Margarine

—————————–PINEAPPLE TOPPING—————————– 1 cn DOLE Crushed Pineapple in

-Syrup or Juice, drained 4 Eggs

3/4 c Brown sugar, packed

1/3 c All-purpose flour

2 c Coarsely chopped pecans

FOR CRUST, combine 2 cups flour and powdered sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Press onto bottom of 13×9″ baking pan. Bake in 350’F. oven 15 minutes. Remove from oven. FOR TOPPING, combine drained pineapple, eggs, brown sugar and 1/3 cup flour. Stir in pecans. Pour over partially baked crust. Bake in 350’F. oven 30-35 minutes or until set. Cool completely. Cut into bars. Makes 32 bars.
