1 tablespoon coarsely ground pepper melange

2 cloves garlic — minced

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 1/2 pounds boneless top sirloin steak

Combine the pepper, garlic, salt, horseradish and olive oil; rub onto surface o f steak. Refrigerate, covered, 30-60 min. Heat broiler; broil steak 5″ from hea t until medium-rare (11-13 min. per side) or until internal temperature reaches 145?-150? on instant read thermometer. Let stand 5 min.; slice half of
