1 lb Beans — cooked
1/2 Onion — diced
1 tb Vegetable oil
2 cl Garlic — crushed
Lemon pepper 1 c Brown rice — cooked
1 cn Mushrooms
2 c Vegetable stock
3 tb Lemon juice
