3/4 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Dates; chopped
1 1/2 c Pecans; chopped
1 c Brown sugar
1 ts Vanilla
3 Eggs; slightly beaten
Preheat oven to 300. Combine dry ingredients and toss with dates. Stir in rest of ingredients and turn into greased 9 x 9 baking pan. Bake 1 hour. When completely cool, dust with confectioners’ sugar. —–
