3/4 lb Rotini pasta
6 ea Green onions; sliced -OR-
1/2 ea -Red onion; thin sliced
1 ea Red pepper, sweet
1 ea Green pepper, sweet
1 ea Yellow pepper, sweet
10 ea Black olives; sliced
1/4 c Lemon juice; or vinegar
1/4 c Olive oil

(He is also my local member of Parliament who throws a great Canada Day picnic every year.) In a large pot of boiling, salted water cook pasta til just tender. drain.
