1/2 cup White wine or chicken broth

1 md Head fresh broccoli

Salt & fresh grnd pepper 3 tablespoon Butter

to taste 1/4 cup Olive oli

12 ounce Pasta cooked

4 Cloves garlic minced or 4

Grated cheese for topping tb ready chopped garlic

Wash and cut broccoli into bite size pieces. Cook in salted water until crisp. Drain well and set aside. In a pan, melt butter in olive oil. Sautee onion until translucent. Add garlic and simmer for 1 minute. Add broccoli, and wine or broth and simmer 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper. In a large bowl mix drained pasta with broccoli mixture. Toss well.
