1 Red bell pepper — julienned
Diced with juice 1 Green bell pepper — julienned
1 1/2 pound Italian sausage
2 Onions — sliced
Cut into 2″ pieces 2 Medium potatoes — diced in
2 tablespoon Dried basil
1 Large chunks
Salt and pepper to taste. 28 ounce Canned tomatoes (3 cups)
Combine all ingredients in large covered casserole and bake in a 350F oven for 1 1/2 hours. Do not add any water. I use the hot sausage. Enjoy Converted by MMCONV vers. 1.00
