3 Eggs; separated

1/2 ts Salt

1/2 c Orange Juice

3/4 c Matzo Meal

Oil for Frying Beat egg yolks well. Add salt & cold orange juice. Beat thoroughly. Stir in Matzo Meal. Let stand 1/2 hour. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Drop by tablespoons into very hot fat. Brown on both sides. Serve warm with cinnamon or jelly. Rochester Hadassah Cookbook (my newer version). —–
