3 oz Shrimp, small; cooked & dice

1/2 t Pepper, black
1/2 ea Cabbage, small; very finely
4 ea Egg; beaten
2 ea Scallion; finely sliced

Mix in the cabbage and then add the eggs. Cook, stirring, until the eggs are set. Transfer to serving dish and garnish with scallions.
