2 Garlic cloves; minced
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/4 c Low-sodium soy sauce
Fresh cracked black pepper 3 c Romaine lettuce; torn
3 c Endive; torn
1 lg Tomato; chunked
1 tb Parmesan cheese
