4 medium potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick & — microwaved
for– –6 to 10 minutes until tender 1 pound London broil, — thinly sliced
1 tablespoon garlic pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 green bell pepper. — cut into thin strips
While potatoes are cooking, toss beef with garlic pepper and heat oil in large skillet over high heat, add beef and toss for 3 minutes. Remove beef add green pepper to skillet, toss 3 minutes.
