4 eggs — beaten
1 cup light corn syrup
2/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons margarine — melted
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups pecans — coarsely chopped
9 inch unbaked pastry shell
Combine first five ingredients. Beat with electric mixer until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes. Makes one 9-inch pie.
