2 pounds chili meat
2 pounds ground steak — (round steak)
2 large cans tomatoes
4 long green chilies — (Anaheim chilies)
2 pounds pre-cooked red or pinto beans
2 large onions — chopped
2 red bell peppers — chopped
2 green bell peppers — chopped
3 packages Durkees chili seasoning — (hot)
1 package Wicks Fowler Bean 2-alarm seasoning
1 can beer — (alcohol will cook
— out)
Brown chili meat and ground round. Chop peppers and onions. Combine all ingre dients and cook very, very slow over low fire 5-6 hours, stir occasionally.
