1 c Flour

1 ts Baking soda

1/2 ts Salt

1/2 ts Cinnamon

1 c Butter or crisco

3/4 c Sugar

3/4 c Brown sugar; packed

2 Eggs

1 ts Vanilla

3 c Oats

12 oz Butterscotch morsels

Recipe by: Hershey’s Butterscotch Norsels pkg Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, set aside. Cream shortening and sugars, add eggs and vanilla; beat until creamy. Add Flour, etc, mix well. Stir in oats and norsels. Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake 7-8 minutes for chewy cookies OR 10-12 minutes for crisper cookies. —–
