Sweetener = to 1/4-cup Firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 c Plus 1 tbs + 1tsp reduced

Calorie margarine 1 Egg

1 ts Vanilla extract

2 tb Water

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and sweetener. Add margarine. Mix well with a fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Beat egg with vanilla and water. Stir into dry ingredients. Add raisins and stir until all ingredients are moistened. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto a nonstick cookie sheet, making 32 cookies. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove to a rack to cook. Makes 8 servings; each serving = 4 cookies.
