Crust: 1 c flour

1 c quick-cooking oats

3/4 c packed brown sugar

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

3/4 c melted butter

Filling: 1 c semisweet chocolate chips — or milk chocolate

1/2 c chopped nuts

3/4 c caramel topping

3 tbsps flour

In large bowl combien crust ingredients and blend well. Press half of mixture in a 9″ square pan. Bake at 350?F for 10 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with chocolate c hips and nuts. Blend topping with flour and spread over all. Sprinkle with remain ing crust crumbs and bake 15-20 minutes or until golden.
