From: Gaye Levy 1 tb Vegetable oil

1 Sm Onion, coarsely chopped

2 c No-salt tomato sauce

1/2 c Light molasses

1/4 c Cider vinegar

1/4 c Dijon mustard

1 1/2 ts Fresh lemon juice

1 ts Liquid smoke

1 ts Garlic powder

1/2 ts Cayenne pepper

1/4 ts Tabasco

3 pn Allspice

Heat oil is a heavy medium skillet over med-high heat. Add onion and cook until translucent, stirring occasionally. This should take about 8 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer until thickened,

about 15 minutes. Stir frequently. Makes 3 cups.
