2 lb beef stew meat; cut in 1″
-pieces 1 dry onion soup mix
1/2 c dry red wine
1 cream of mushroom soup
4 oz whole fresh mushrooms
Combine all ingredients in CROCK-POT. Stir together well Cover and cook on Low 8 to 12 hours. Serve over noodles or rice. (High: 3 to 4 hours). This recipe may be doubled.
