12 oz CHOCOLATE CHIPS

1 c EVAPORATED MILK

1 t CINNAMON

3 c FINE CHOPPED VANILLA WAFERS

2 c MINIATURE MARSHMALLOWS

1 c SIFTED POWDERED SUGAR

COMBINE CHOCOLATE MILK AND CINNAMON IN A SAUCE PAN. STIR OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL SMOOTH AND SHINY; RESERVE ABOUT 1/2 CUP FOR LATER. IN A ALRGE BOWL COMBINE WAFERS CRUMBS, MARSHMALLOW AND SUGAR. STIR IN CHOCOLATE MIXTURE. BLEND WELL. PRESS INTO A LIGHTLY BUTTERED 8″ PAN. SPREAD REMAINING CHOCOLATE MIXTURE OVER THE TOP. CHILL FOR 1 HOUR BEFORE SERVING.
