3/4 c Water — plus
3 tb Water
1 t Olive Oil
1 t Salt
1 t Sugar
2 1/2 c Flour
2 ts Yeast

Salt Pepper 1 1/2 c Pizza Sauce
1 1/2 c Mozzarella Cheese — grated
Place all dough ingredients in machine and program for knead and first rise. Press start. When dough is finished, transfer to floured work surface and let it rest for 5 minutes. Preheat the oven to 400?F. Roll dough to 11″ circle and transfer to baking sheet or pizza peel. Brush the olive oil over the surface of the dough and then shake on salt and pepper.
