3 tb Olive oil
4 lg Garlic cloves, minced
1 md Onion, chopped
1 c Mushrooms, sliced
4 c Broccoli rabe (rappini)
9 oz Fresh pasta (linguini),
-cooked 3/4 c Parmesan or romano cheese
Saute’ garlic, onion and mushrooms in olive oil, until golden. Wash and chop the broccoli rabe (rappini). Steam over boiling water for 5 minutes. Toss with cooked pasta, saute’ed garlic mixture and grated cheese. Serve hot. 6-8 servings.
