2 cups rice — cooked

1 cup tomato juice

3/4 cup mayonaise

1 can broken shrimp (May use more)

1 medium onion — grated

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup green pepper — chopped

Mix all ingredients together well and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
