1/4 c Balsamic vinegar

2 ts Honey

2 ts Dijon mustard

1 1/2 ts Salt

1/2 ts Black pepper

– freshly ground 1/2 ts Tabasco sauce

2 Cloves garlic

– peeled and minced 3/4 c Vegetable oil

Whisk together vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, pepper, Tabasco and garlic. Whisk in oil. (Can be made 1 day ahead of use.)
