3/4 c Plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 c Prepared mustard, spicy or
-dijon 1 ts Dried dill weed
1/2 ts Onion powder
1/2 ts Honey
Mix ingredients thoroughly in a small bowl. Serve on vegetables or fish. Store any remaining sauce in a covered container in the refrigerator. Yield: 1 cup I mixed my mustards in this recipe. I used about 1/2 and 1/2 plain sandwich mustard and dijon mustard and it still had quite a bite to it. It’s a very flavorful sauce that is very good with fish!!
