1 tb Cornstarch

1 tb Brown sugar

1 tb Light soy sauce

1/2 ts Ground ginger

1 c Vegetable or chicken broth

1 pk Mr. Turkey Smoked Sausage,

-cut into 1/4″ slices (16oz) 1 tb Oil

4 c Assorted cut-up fresh

-vegetables 3 1/3 c Hot cooked rice

In small bowl, combine cornstarch, brown sugar, soy sauce and ginger. Gradually blend in broth until mixture is smooth; set aside. Coat large, non-stick skillet with vegetable spray. Brown sausage; remove. Add oil and vegetables to skillet. Cook, stirring 3-5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add sausage and broth mixture. Cook, stirring until sauce thickens. Serve over hot rice. Makes 5 servings. Preparation Time: 20 minutes. Cooking Time: 15 minutes. Serving Size: 1 cup turkey vegetable mixture (approimately 221 calories); 2/3 cups

rice (approximately 176 calories).
