4 Ozs spaghetti — cooked and drained
1 egg white — whipped
1 C fat-free sour cream
1/4 C fat-free parmesan cheese
1/4 Tsp garlic powder
1 C low-fat Monterey Jack cheese — grated
1 1/2 C frozen mixed vegetables — thawed
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 8″ square pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine egg white, sour cream, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Stir in Monterey Jack cheese, hot spaghetti, and mixed vegetables. Pour into prepared pan. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until heated through.
