6 oz Crushed Pineapple
Juice Of One Lemon 1/2 c Sugar
3/4 c Cottage Cheese
1 c Whipped Whipping Cream
1 sm Package Lime Jello
Dissolve jello in one cup of hot water. Combine remaining ingredients except cottage cheese and whipped cream. Place in refrigerator. When thick, add the cottage cheese and whipped cream. Return to refrigerator until set. From: Syd’s Cookbook.
