1 lb Tofu
1 1/2 tb Lemon juice
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Honey
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Sugar
1 Baked 9-inch graham cracker

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Put tofu, lemon juice, salt, honey, vanilla, and sugar in food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy. Pour mixture into a baked pie crust.
