3/4 c Margarine softened
3/4 c Peanut butter
3/4 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c Light brown sugar
2 lg Eggs
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 2/3 c All purpose flour
3/4 c Quick-cooking oats
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
12 oz M&m’s semi-sweet choc. candy
Preheat oven to 350 F. In large mixing bowl, cream margarine, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in M&M Semi-sweet chocolate candies until evenly blended. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 – 12 minutes until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire cooling racks.
