1/2 c Butter; softened
1/4 c Sugar
1 ts Maple flavoring
2 c Cake flour; sifted
3/4 c Pecans; chopped
Recipe by: Ideals Christmas and Holiday Cookbook Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter; add sugar gradually. Add flavoring and beat until fluffy. Stir in flour; mix well. fold in pecans; press into a ball. Pinch off small pieces of dough and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten cookies with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake for 7 minutes. —–
