2 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Onion — chopped
1/2 c Italian bread crumbs
2 Eggs — beaten
1/4 c Ketchup
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1 tb Parsley flakes
Salt and black pepper — to ta 1 Lipton onion soup mix — unpre

onion, bread crumbs, beaten eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soup mix and seasonings. Press mixture into a 9×5″ lo pan or 9″ pie plate. Cover tightly with tin foil and bake at 350 F for abo an hour, uncovering during the last 20 minutes of baking time. Let meat loa stand for 10 minutes before serving.
