1 lb Ground beef
6 oz Evaporated milk
1/2 c Bread crumbs
1/2 ts Garlic powder; salt
1/2 ts Salt
1/3 c Tomato paste; or katsup
2 oz Mushrooms; sliced (opt)
1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
1/4 ts Oregano
2 tb Parmesan cheese; grated
1/2 pk Pepperoni (opt)
Combine ground meat with milk, bread crumbs, and garlic. Press into shape of pie plate (9″). Spread tomato paste over meat .(optional, place pepperoni over this) Top with cheddar cheese, (or mottzerella), sprinkle with oregano, then parmesan cheese. Bake at 375~ for about 25 minutes.
