2 tablespoons Lemon juice
4 Cl Garlic — minced
1/2 teaspoon Ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon Ground coriander — ground
2 pounds Pork tenderloin — cut into 1-
8 small White onions — halved
8 Cherry tomatoes
1 medium Sweet red peppers — 1-1/2″ pi
1 medium Green pepper — 1-1/2″ pieces
Recipe by: TASTE OF HOME In a medium glass bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and coriander; mix well. Add pork; cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Alternate pork, onions, tomatoes and peppers on eight skewers. Grill over medium coals for about 30-35 minutes or until meat reaches desired doneness.
