1 Mango, peeled and diced

1/8 c Red pepper, diced

1/4 tb Ginger, minced

1 oz Honey, liquid

1/2 tb Mint leaves, dry

NOTE: This sauce is excellent on chicken, lamb and fish! Combine all the ingredients in a small pot and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 5 minutes. Thats it!
