1/4 t Thai chile, dried; crushed

1 t Cumin, ground

1 t Coriander, ground

1/2 t Turmeric

2 T Soy sauce

1 x Lime wedges

Calories per serving: 357 Fat grams per serving: 6 Approx. Cook Time: 0:30 Brown chicken in oil. Add the remaining ingredients in the order listed. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, 15 to 20 minutes or until the chicken is tender. Serve with lime wedges.
