2 cups All-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/8 teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup Butter or margarine — softene
1 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Pumpkin — canned
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
4 Eggs
* In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder & salt; set aside. * In large bowl, cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy. Add pumpkin & vanilla; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time. Add dry ingredients; mix well. * Pour batter into greased 9×5-inch loaf pan. * Bake in preheated 350 oven for 60-65 mins. Cool 15 mins. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
