1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
4 turkey — (8 oz.) tenderloins
B?arnaise sauce or salsa capers — drained
In small bowl combine oil and lemon pepper. Brush mixture on tenderloins. Refri gerate, covered, 20 min. Heat broiler; broil tenderloins 5″ from heat until no longer pink and juices run clear (15-20 min. total), turning once. To Serve: Sl ice 2 tenderloins 1/2″ thick and top with B?arnaise sauce or favorite salsa. Res erve and refrigerate remaining tenderloins for Turkey Vegetable Stroganoff. Ser ves 4.
Tip: For an easy B?arnaise Sauce, prepare 1 (0.9 oz.) pkg. B?rnaise Sauce Mix acc ording to package directions. Spoon over turkey, garnish with capers.
