1/2 c Soy sauce
5 6 T sugar or sweetener
2 t Dry mustard
4 Cloves garlic or 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 2 t Onion powder
a little water Cut tofu in strips 1/2 inch thick and marinate, then fry and garnish with vegetables of your choice. I like to cut tofu in squares and throw in a vegetable stir-fry.
