3/4 pound kielbasa in
1 12 oz. can beer
1/3 cup onions
1/4 cup peppers or pimiento
2/3 grated cheese — any kind (1 c.)
1 cup sauerkraut — opt.
1 cup Bisquick
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mustard
1 cup milk
3 slightly beaten eggs
4 hours before serving: chop up 3/4 lb. kielbasa in can of beer, Let stand. Com bine pimento, onions, peppers, cheese and saurkraut in large pie plate. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix with spoon until smooth. Pour over kielbasa mixture . Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Recipe from “One Million Recipes CD”
