1 9″ graham cracker crust
6 Egg yolks
28 oz Sweetened condensed milk
8 oz Lime juice from concentrate
Yellow food coloring (opt) Green food coloring (opt) Whipped cream Whipped topping Preheat oven to 325’F. In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and food coloring if desired. Pour into prepared pastry shell; bake 40 minutes. Cool. Chill. Top with whipped cream.
