1 1/4 c Equal parts corn liquid
(see note) and water 1/3 c Nonfat dry milk
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Sugar
2 tb Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 cn Whole-kernel corn; drained
