1 tb Butter

1 sm Oignon (optional)

1 tb Flour

1/4 ts Salt

1/8 ts Pepper

1 c Milk

1/4 ts Curry (optional to taste)

Melt butter over medium heat and add oignon. Cook until oignon is soft. Then add curry and flour and stir. Then add milk, salt & pepper. Cook mixture stirring constantly until it thickens to desired consistency.
