1/2 cup butter — softened

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 1/2 c blueberries

Preheat oven to 375?F. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar & eggs. Sif t dry ingredients together & add alternately with milk & vanilla to the creamed mixture. Fold berries into the batter & spoon into greased muffin pan. Sprin kle with sugar and bake 30 minutes.
