1 1/2 c Sugar
2 Eggs; unbeaten
1 ts Vanilla
2 Squares chocolate; melt
2 c Sifted cake flour
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Sour milk
1 tb Vinegar
1 ts Baking soda
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and blend. Add vanilla and blend. Add chocolate and blend. Sift flour well and add alternating with milk and flour. Mix vinegar and baking soda together, add and beat. Pour into two greased and floured 9″ layer cake pans. Bake at 375~ for 25 minutes.
