1 Onion, fine chopped
1/2 c Scallion, finely chopped
2 ts Ground thyme
2 ts Salt
1 ts Allspice
1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
4 Hot peppers, finely ground
1 ts Black pepper
