1 Red bell pepper, sliced
1 Green bell pepper, sliced
1 cn Italian peeled toamtoes,
-drained and cut up (28 oz) 1 lb Italian sausage, cut in 2″
-chunks 2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Chicken, 3 pound, cut up
1 T Olive oil
Salt Pepper 1/2 t Black pepper
Put pepper, tomatoes, and sausage chunks in a baking pan and sprinkle with garlic. Arrange chicken on top. Brush chicken with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour and 15 minutes, until tender, basting frequently. Makes 6-8 servings.
