1 Fryer, cut up

1/2 c Italian cheese

2 Eggs, well beaten

1 c Italian bread crumbs

1/4 c Olive oil

Butter or oleo

Combine bread crumbs and cheese in 1 bow. Combine eggas and olive oil in another bowl. Dip chicken pcs. in egg mixture, lift quickly to coat with crumb and cheese mixture. Arrange chicken in lightly greased pan and dot each pc. with butter. Bake at 375 F., for abt. 1 hr., or until tests done. Stuffed artichoke lovers will love this dish; tastes like it.
