1 cn Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 pt Half & Half -or- whipping

-cream 2 tb Hersheys Chocolate Syrup

1 ts Vanilla

3/4 c Whiskey

1/4 c Rum

1/4 c Cream De Cocoa

Mix in blender or with wire whip. Refrigerate or freeze. Serve over crushed ice.
