2 c Shredded cabbage
5 ea Medium tomatoes, chopped
1 ea Hot pepper (optional)
1 ea Large onion, sliced
2 ea Cucumbers, sliced
2 ea Bell peppers, cubed
Dressing: 1/2 c Water
1/2 c Vinegar
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Brown sugar
1 tb Honey
1/2 c Olive oil
Combine dressing ingredients and toss vegetables together. Add dressing to vegetables. Mix well. Place in an airtight container and chill 2 days before serving.
